Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the conditions governing access to the GSE Studio website, requests for our AI Opportunity Audit and engagement with our business solutions, AI implementation and support services.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to GSE Studio. We provide business solutions, AI implementation and related advisory and operational support services.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service to the extent applicable to your website use.
A request for information, submission of an enquiry or participation in an initial discovery conversation does not, by itself, establish a paid service agreement.
Paid services are governed by a separately accepted proposal, statement of work, service agreement or other written arrangement. Where that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the specifically agreed contractual terms will govern the paid services.
2. Our Services
GSE Studio designs, implements and supports tailored business systems intended to improve customer responsiveness, operational efficiency and business workflows.
Our services may include:
- AI lead response and follow-up systems.
- AI receptionist and appointment booking systems.
- Customer enquiry handling and intake workflows.
- Business process automation and software integration.
- Complete lead capture and follow-up systems.
- Ongoing system monitoring, maintenance and optimization.
- Selective custom business and AI solutions.
The availability, suitability and specific capabilities of any solution depend on the client's requirements, technical feasibility, selected providers and agreed scope.
3. Free AI Opportunity Audit
GSE Studio may offer a complimentary initial AI Opportunity Audit to help prospective clients identify possible improvements in their business workflows.
The audit generally involves an initial review of information provided by the prospective client and, where arranged, a focused discovery conversation.
The free audit is intended to identify potential opportunities and possible next steps. It is not a comprehensive technical assessment, security audit, legal review or guarantee of results.
Submission of an audit request does not guarantee acceptance, appointment availability or delivery of a proposal.
We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside our capabilities, available capacity or service focus.
4. Proposals and Project Scope
Before paid implementation work begins, GSE Studio and the client should agree on a written scope of work.
Depending on the project, this may specify:
- Project objectives and intended outcomes.
- Deliverables and technical requirements.
- Systems, software and integrations involved.
- Responsibilities of GSE Studio and the client.
- Estimated implementation schedule.
- Pricing, payment milestones and third-party expenses.
- Testing, acceptance and handover procedures.
- Any ongoing support arrangements.
Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, timeline or written change approval.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on our website are indicative starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
Final project pricing depends on the agreed scope, complexity, integrations, technical requirements and delivery arrangements.
For implementation projects, our standard proposed payment structure may involve an initial deposit followed by a final payment at an agreed acceptance or delivery milestone.
The specific deposit, payment schedule, invoicing terms and any refund or cancellation conditions will be stated in the accepted agreement.
Unless expressly included in the proposal, third-party costs such as AI usage, telephony, messaging, hosting, software subscriptions and other provider charges are separate from GSE Studio's fees.
Applicable taxes and currency arrangements will be identified where required.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and reasonable cooperation necessary for the agreed services.
Depending on the project, this may include:
- Providing accurate business requirements.
- Granting authorized access to relevant systems.
- Obtaining necessary licenses, permissions and consents.
- Reviewing proposed workflows, messaging and escalation rules.
- Providing timely feedback and approvals.
- Ensuring their business activities and use of implemented systems comply with applicable laws.
- Maintaining appropriate human supervision of business-critical or sensitive decisions.
Project timelines may be affected where necessary information, access or approvals are delayed.
7. Artificial Intelligence and Automation
Some GSE Studio solutions use artificial intelligence, automated workflows, third-party APIs or other software services.
AI-generated content and automated actions may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or unsuitable for a particular situation.
We aim to design systems with appropriate safeguards, testing, defined operating boundaries and human escalation where needed.
However, no AI or automated system can be guaranteed to operate without errors or interruptions.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing the suitability of automated workflows for their business and for maintaining appropriate human oversight.
Unless expressly agreed and legally appropriate, GSE Studio's systems are not intended to independently provide regulated professional advice or make significant decisions requiring qualified human judgment.
8. Customer Communications and Compliance
AI lead response, follow-up, call handling and messaging systems may be subject to privacy, telecommunications, marketing, consumer protection and industry-specific requirements.
The client is responsible for ensuring that its customer communications are lawful, including obtaining consent where required and respecting applicable opt-out requests.
Where necessary, the client must also provide appropriate notices concerning automated communications, AI interactions or call recording.
GSE Studio may recommend technical controls and operational safeguards, but implementation of a technical system does not constitute a guarantee of legal compliance.
Industry-specific restrictions and responsibilities should be addressed in the relevant project agreement.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
Some solutions depend on third-party platforms, software, APIs, hosting, messaging services, telephony providers or AI models.
Such services may have separate terms, pricing, usage restrictions and service limitations.
Third-party providers may change their products, prices, availability, technical requirements or integration policies.
GSE Studio does not control the independent operation of third-party providers.
Any additional work required because of substantial third-party changes will be assessed under the applicable project or support agreement.
10. Project Delivery and Acceptance
Implementation timelines provided before final scoping are estimates.
Final delivery schedules depend on technical complexity, provider approvals, client cooperation and testing requirements.
Where applicable, completed deliverables will be presented for review against agreed acceptance criteria.
The client should report material issues identified during the agreed review period so they can be assessed and addressed under the project scope.
Acceptance procedures, correction obligations and handover arrangements will be defined in the applicable written agreement.
11. Managed Services and Ongoing Support
GSE Studio may provide ongoing monitoring, maintenance and optimization under a separate managed services arrangement.
Support may include reviewing system performance, resolving agreed operational issues and making minor workflow adjustments.
New features, major integrations, substantial redesigns or additional business workflows may require separate approval and fees.
Service hours, response targets, billing periods, cancellation notice and support exclusions will be set out in the applicable agreement.
12. Intellectual Property
Website content
Unless otherwise stated, the GSE Studio name, branding, website content, original designs and related materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.
You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our original website materials without appropriate permission.
Client project deliverables
Ownership and usage rights relating to custom project deliverables will be specified in the accepted project agreement.
Such arrangements may distinguish between client-owned materials, newly created deliverables, pre-existing GSE Studio methods and reusable tools, and third-party software or licensed components.
No transfer of ownership or exclusive rights is implied beyond what is expressly agreed in writing.
13. Confidentiality
During an engagement, either party may receive non-public business, technical, financial or operational information belonging to the other.
Where a confidentiality obligation applies, such information should be used only for authorized purposes and protected using reasonable care.
Additional confidentiality, nondisclosure and information-handling obligations may be established in a separate written agreement.
Prospective clients should avoid submitting confidential customer records, passwords, legal case details or other sensitive information through the general website enquiry form.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Our handling of personal information collected through this website is described in our Privacy Policy .
For client projects involving personal data, the parties may need additional agreements addressing processing instructions, security, subprocessors, international transfers and other applicable data protection obligations.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and lawful grounds to provide information for processing.
15. Performance and Business Results
GSE Studio aims to deliver practical, well-designed solutions that address agreed business problems.
However, business performance depends on many factors outside our control, including customer behavior, market conditions, internal processes, third-party providers and how a system is used.
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, sales, revenue increases or other commercial results.
16. Warranties and Disclaimers
We seek to provide services with reasonable professional care and skill.
The website and its general informational content are provided on an as-available basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every third-party integration, automated workflow or AI-generated output will be error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GSE Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any agreed limitations or caps on liability for paid services should be set out in the applicable signed service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Suspension and Termination
GSE Studio may decline or discontinue website interactions involving misuse, unlawful activity or threats to security.
Termination of paid services, including notice periods, outstanding payments, handover obligations and treatment of work in progress, will be governed by the applicable service agreement.
Any rights or obligations intended to survive termination, including confidentiality, accrued payment obligations and intellectual property provisions, will continue as required by the relevant agreement and law.
19. Acceptable Website Use
Visitors must not misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.

20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices or legal requirements.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
Changes to website terms do not automatically amend an existing signed service agreement.
21. Applicable Law
The governing law and dispute resolution arrangements for paid engagements will be specified in the applicable service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory legal protections that apply to website users or clients.
